We are continually evaluating alternatives to animal-derived ingredients and have replaced many ingredients with vegetable derived substitutes AS WELL AS PIGMENTS FROM ROCKS.
Many of our products do not contain ingredients derived from barley, oats, rye, spelt or wheat, which are commonly known sources of gluten.
It is important to use preservatives to prevent bacterial and fungal contamination. With the high level of other natural ingredients and stabilizers in our formulations are free of parabens.

All sales are final. we do not accept any product back unless there is a manufacturing defect . All products must be returned within 10 days of initial purchase.

BLUFFAJO is pleased to offer complimentary Smartpost shipping on all orders $40.00AND above.. Returns must be made within 30 days and fall within our Return Policy. Please expect up to 15 business days for delivery to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and military boxes. Please note, we do not offer expedited shipping to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands..
- We do not ship to Freight Forwarders.
- Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI and Military boxes are shipped via FedEx SmartPost at the same rates above.
BLUFFAJO orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1 PM EST should ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST may ship the following business day.
Likewise, orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day. BLUFFAJO orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received before 1PM EST. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only. Bluffajocosmetics.com cannot ship to PO boxes at this time, with the exception of Military boxes.
After your order is placed, you will be emailed an order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information where you can track and monitor the delivery status of your BLUFFAJO order. You can also view the status of your order by visiting www.bluffajo.com and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password. Click on “view my order.” Please note, that FedEx may not have tracking information available for up to 12 business hours after the order has shipped. All previous order history can be viewed under the My Account section on the website.
Bluffajo.com can only ship orders within the United States and Canada including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and Military boxes. Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI and APO boxes are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or SmartPost.
You may send your order in a black soft-touch gift box with the signature logo for a $7.00 charge.
To gift-box your order, simply choose your shipping method with the gift wrap option. You may also choose to send a gift message of up to 255 characters. You will be prompted to enter this message during the checkout process. Please note, messages must be sent in English.
